Grapes:
70% Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOC and a 30% blend of Bianchetta and Chardonnay.

Wine: 92 Points, Wine Enthusiast - November 15. 2002.
This sparkling wine honors the traditions of the Veneto winemaking region and the long history of the Mionetto family.  Contemporary master vintner Sergio Mionetto produces this wine based on a formula handed down by Francesco Mionetto, who founded the winery in 1887.  A touch of two old grape varieties, unique to the region, are blended with the area's finest Prosecco grapes; the result is a superbly dry, slightly fruity with with just a hint of acidic crispness.

Food: Lovely as an aperitif, perfect for celebrations, and an exquisite partner to the most delicate and sophisticated dishes such as oysters, lobster and shellfish.

Storage: Store upright.

Temp: Best served chilled from 43-46 Degrees Fahrenheit

100% Prosecco I.G.T. from Marca Trevigiana.

Wine: A straw-colored wine with brilliant reflections.  The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of pear and citrus with a slightly floral bouquet.  The wine is fresh and crisp with apperent apple and peach flavors.  This lightly sparkling (Frizzante) wine typifies the traditional wine-maker's Prosecco.

Food: Perfect as an aperitif, to complement light cuisine such as grilled fish and vegetables, pizza or to enjoy in everyday social situations.

Storage: Horizontally or vertically.

Temp: Best served chilled from 45-50 Degrees Fahrenheit

Raboso, Cabernet and Merlot grapes from the veneto region.

Wine: 10.5% Alcohol
This well-balanced and fruity wine has lively notes of cherries with a long and dry finish.  Its pleasing aroma recalls the romance of roses, raspberries and peaches.

Food: This wine is lovely on its own, as an aperitif or paired with cured meats, mild cheeses or shellfish.  It particularly comes alive as a complement to fresh water fish such as rainbow trout and carp.

Sergio Spumante Rose, Extra Dry

Grapes:
a blend of Raboso and Lagrein

Wine:  This sparkling wine is produced by the soft pressing of selected Raboso grapes from the Piave and Trentino's Lagrien area.  The bright color is peach pink with delicate deep red glimmers.  It has a delicate perlage and the foam is rich and persistent.  The aroma is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blackcurrent with a hint of wild roses.  Its taste is intense with adequate acidity, well-balanced and fresh with notes of raspberry.

Food:  A delightful complement to veal, poultry and it is ideal with fish and shellfish

Storage: Store upright.
