Selected from the best vineyards, the fruit is held to strict standards of
quality.  It must comply with technical quality requirements that restrict yeilds
and asses the physiology and exposure to the bunch and its individual berries.
After traditional vinification, the Reserva is aged for 18 months in American
oak barrels with a portion aged in new barrels.  Another 18 months of aging in
bottle prior to release allows the wine to develop finesse.

Dark red Cherry in color, rich and intense on the nose with notes of leather,
tobacco, black pepper, burnt toast, ripe plum and black fruit, well-balanced in
the mouth with a spicy finish.
